"Contacted owner/operator for plumbing repair for two showers. Basement shower connection broke (hose gave away?) and only cold water worked. Prior estimates included tearing out wall (tile) as opposed to replacing the fixtures. Not only did Brandon remove the concreted in massager shower, he cleaned and restored tile. Upstairs bathroom shower had a leak between the floor and the ceiling in the garage. The leak did not occur all the time and hard to find. Other plumbers strongly recommended tearing out the garage ceiling. Didn't need to do that either. Perched atop of antique truck (my permission) and listened for leak using a tool and his ear and did not think it was center ceiling. Thank goodness. He discovered it was a pipe near the kitchen door and where the plumbing connects to downward drain (basement) ? Anyway, upstairs leaking shower caper fixed. The other issue was what I think he thought was a larger problem than the showers. It was the sump pump. It was not pushing the water out any longer but thankfully the basement had not flooded. I had it replaced as well. All his work was done expertly and with professionalism. The prices were reasonable, and I managed to stay very close to my budget. I appreciated his explanations, and he was patient when I had lots of questions. He cleaned up behind himself. Guaranteed his work. Was on time and was polite.
