They replaced both of my toilets with new ones. They did this a lot faster than I was expecting and double checked to make sure there were no leaks when they were finished. I have a feeling my water bill is going to go down now.

PlumbWorks was amazing! The two guys that came were professional and friendly. They knew exactly how to fix the clogged. They cut through old metal pipes, fit a brand new pipe perfectly and precisely in place and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would recommend this company and call them again.

Brandon came to my home in Lee's Summit, Missouri after hours on the weekend. He was so kind. He fixed the plumbing in my bathroom in 30 minutes and said he'd come back if I had any problems at all. Plumbworks came out to our house in Olathe, KS to replace a P-Trap in my living room ceiling. They were right on time and got the issue resolved in no time. They were very easy to talk to and did a great job.

I was referred to PlumbWorks from my home warranty company. Within 30 minutes of them receiving the service ticket they were in contact and told me he would be out same day. In route he called and I let him know I needed the ball valve replaced so I could turn my main water back on. He stopped and got the parts assessed it for the warranty company and let me know the next steps. Great communication fast response time very friendly and professional would 100 percent recommend this company!

During our hard winter storm we just had hard to get a plumber to come out let alone under a mobile home had one that said he would here in town *peculiar * but then changed his mind so I called Brandon at plum works LLC was very understandable to my situation of being on disability so I have a fixed income I can honestly say they weren't trying to rip me off! Very efficient very nice explained everything thoroughly anyone that needs a plumber I would highly recommend them! I know from now on myself and family will be using them anytime we need a plumber ! Brandon showed up on a Saturday on short notice (and during an NFL playoff game) and fixed our issue quickly and at a reasonable price. He was honest and didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need. We will definitely call on him again!

Had a clogged toilet. Brandon stopped by at the end of the day. It was a bad clog but he did not give up. Keeping us from having to replace the stool. Amazing service.
