We had this service done last week and it was fantastic
They were great! very nice polite and honest. They weren't just trying to get money like most plumbing companies. I found them through my warranty company but I will be using them on my own in the future.

They replaced both of my toilets with new ones. They did this a lot faster than I was expecting and double checked to make sure there were no leaks when they were finished. I have a feeling my water bill is going to go down now.

Last minute visit to fix a kitchen sink leak/nozzle leak. Was in and out in under an hour (including running to get the parts.
This gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had me send pictures of the parts and helped by suggesting where to get replacement parts as well as gave instructions for disassemble and reassemble.

We had water pouring from our ceiling beneath our newly finished bathroom remodel and Brandon came out on a Saturday and worked to solve the problem. He unclogged the toilet and shower drain, reset the toilet and fixed a clean out valve. He saved us from having to tear up the new bathroom floor. His price was extremely reasonable and knowledge saved us thousands of dollars. He cleaned up completely after he was done and left us feeling so much better! I absolutely recommend his work and he will be back to fix our Waldo plumbing next time we have an issue.

We had Brandon come to our house to give us a second opinion on a very expensive plumbing job.He was able to diagnose our problem and come up with a much better solution. He was courteous, on time, and communicative. We needed to leave town during the process and he kept us in the loop with texts and pictures of the job. We will definitely hire him again.

Brandon was able to do a quick diagnosis and was able to provide an instant remedy by having replacement item on hand. Pleasant, efficient service.
Contacted owner/operator for plumbing repair for two showers. Basement shower connection broke (hose gave away?) and only cold water worked. Prior estimates included tearing out wall (tile) as opposed to replacing the fixtures. Not only did Brandon remove the concreted in massager shower, he cleaned and restored tile. Upstairs bathroom shower had a leak between the floor and the ceiling in the garage. The leak did not occur all the time and hard to find. Other plumbers strongly recommended tearing out the garage ceiling. Didn't need to do that either. Perched atop of antique truck (my permission) and listened for leak using a tool and his ear and did not think it was center ceiling. Thank goodness. He discovered it was a pipe near the kitchen door and where the plumbing connects to downward drain (basement) ? Anyway, upstairs leaking shower caper fixed. The other issue was what I think he thought was a larger problem than the showers. It was the sump pump. It was not pushing the water out any longer but thankfully the basement had not flooded. I had it replaced as well. All his work was done expertly and with professionalism. The prices were reasonable, and I managed to stay very close to my budget. I appreciated his explanations, and he was patient when I had lots of questions. He cleaned up behind himself. Guaranteed his work. Was on time and was polite. Hire him to install, fix, or replace, your plumbing needs.

Brandon at Plumbworks did an outstanding job for me today on a pretty short notice. I had a bad inlet value in one of my toilets that was causing the water pipes behind the wall to rattle when the toilet was used. I also noticed that the shut off value under the toilet was bad as well, not shutting off the water pressure completely. So when Brandon and I went to shut off the water main value coming into the house, we discovered it was bad and corroded as well. Brandon got a new water main shut off value installed for me in addition to a new toilet shutoff value and new inlet value as well. Brandon is a very knowledgeable and efficient plumber and his prices are fair. He is my new go to guy for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Brandon!

Replaced pipes in front yard to help with draining, fixed a leak in my shower, replumbed kitchen sink and washing machine to help with draining, and cleaned kitchen sink drain. He never tried to sell extra services and told us about the things we could take care of ourselves. He helped me tremendously with in-house financing!! I highly recommend this company! 5 stars!!

I was referred to PlumbWorks from my home warranty company. Within 30 minutes of them receiving the service ticket they were in contact and told me he would be out same day. In route he called and I let him know I needed the ball valve replaced so I could turn my main water back on. He stopped and got the parts assessed it for the warranty company and let me know the next steps. During our hard winter storm we just had hard to get a plumber to come out let alone under a mobile home had one that said he would here in town *peculiar * but then changed his mind so I called Brandon at plum works LLC was very understandable to my situation of being on disability so I have a fixed income I can honestly say they weren't trying to rip me off!
